Frank Harper, a long-term songwriter, was arrested after posing a threat to the security around former President George W. Bush.

According to a later statement, Frank claimed to have no ill intent. He usually went jogging a more direct route through the park, but instead decided to run the length of the residential district.

The issue occurred when the songwriter was practicing a beat-boxing mix while jogging, which is quite a feat considering having to heavily breathe while running. One of the members of the security team heard the unusual sounds and made the judgment call to make the protective ring around the former president.

After brief questioning, Frank was released. Although technically there is no law against it, Frank promised to stick to the park next time.

It just goes to show you that it’s better to use a direct route and to not beat around the bush.
